Technical Support, also known as Tech Support, is a profession that offers other employees or users assistance for technical issues that they may be experiencing with a variety of different devices. These can include computers, cellphones, printers and other electronic, electromechanical and mechanical devices. Support can be given in person, over email, via software, or on the phone.
